| A prominent high mountain west of the Continental Divide, this is a limestone peak with an impressive, steep NE face. It is very much isolated from other peaks near to its elevation, with 2429m Mount Crysdale (for which Sentinel is higher ground) 148 kilometres to the northwest, and 2661m Peak 26-56 Limestone Lakes (which is Sentinel's higher ground) 83 kilometres southeast, although 2390m Mount Barton in the Monkman Icefield is "only" 54 kilometres southeast. |
