Ulysses Region (Ulysses 3)
Map Hierarchy: North America / Alaska Yukon / Northern BC / Ulysses

Location: This is the largest and highest subdivision of the Ulysses 2 region, its parent. It lies east of the Rocky Mountain trench and runs all the way to Great Slave Lake. Its southern boundary is the Peace River, then the Athabasca. Its northern boundary is the Liard river. Area: 361212 sq km

Includes: Northern Rockies, Muskwa ranges, Misinchinka ranges, Fort Nelson Lowland, Etsho Plateau,

Terrain: This region includes not only the rugged Northern Rockies, but also a huge expanse of low scrub in the lands to the south of Great Slave Lake. Click Here for Mountains
