There are innumerable trails on the Northshore Mountains, but only a few are frequently used. I have done a lot of hiking here, but from time to time I still find a new trail. So last weekend I decided to explore one of my recent discoveries further. When I go to Mount Seymour in summer I often park at the Deep Cove lookout, the 3rd switchback from the bottom or the top. It is partly my feeble attempt to be greener then most, partly because I feel Mount Seymour is too short a hike for a day trip from the ski area parking lot.
